Leading UX design & research across multiple agile development teams to deliver a custom-built enterprise PLM solution for Target’s Owned Brands’ (35+ private-label lines) product design, development, management and sourcing.
Partnered with UI engineers to stand up a custom-built, performant design systems and UI framework in order to drive efficiency, consistency and scalability at the enterprise level.
